THE PROCESS:

Maintenance: IT Support and routine maintenance for your network, applications, infrastructure, and endpoint devices. This includes server maintenance, security updates, patch management, and device optimization. Service techs are available to respond to requests for assistance.

Security: SBSC follows the NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) Cyber Security Framework of Identify, Protect, Detect, Respond, and Recover. Including proper asset management, SIEM (Security information & event management), Firewall management, DNS filtering, Phishing training, endpoint protection, threat detection, SOC automation, and disaster recovery.

Disaster Recovery: The most important service SBSC offers is backup and disaster recovery. Client backups take place both on and off site. Backups are routinely audited and tested for efficacy. Disaster recovery training and drills are conducted regularly to ensure our team’s ability to fully restore your company in the event of a disaster.

How does a managed IT service work?

As an MSP we offer a monthly service contract including full maintenance, cyber security, and disaster recovery features. An additional IT Helpdesk option is available for clients whose employees need more individualized assistance. Monthly fees are calculated by the number of serviceable endpoints on each client’s network.

What about broken equipment and new installation projects?
